Carmen Tcaciuc is a driven and ambitious lawyer with a passion for the law. Carmen obtained her law degree from the University of Bucharest, one of the most prestigious universities in Europe.

Following qualification, she worked for a number of established law firms in Bucharest where she gained a wide knowledge of both civil law and commercial law. In addition, she gained experience in litigation and consultancy matters.

Carmen joined our firm to add her knowledge to our commercial law department. Since joining us, she has been involved in a number of corporate and commercial matters all with an international angle. As well as developing the commercial law field, she has also developed a practice in intellectual property and copyright matters. Her clients have been both private individuals as well as well-known international clients.
