Ioana Ciutacu – Junior Lawyer
Ioana is a junior Lawyer who joined the Firm in 2021. Ioana graduated from Bucharest University having obtained her Bachelors Degree prior to passing the Romanian Bar Examinations. Prior to joining the Firm she had a number of internships during her time at University to widen her knowledge and understanding of the law in Romania.
Since joining the Firm she has gained experience in several areas of law including corporate and M&A and financing. She has worked on matters in relation to family and child matters.
