Victor is a senior Romanian lawyer based in Bucharest. Before joining the Firm he had gained experience with several international law firms as well as having been the principal in his own firm.

He is experienced in civil law as well as litigation matters. He has practiced at all levels before the Romanian courts including the Supreme court. He is experienced in white collar crime and criminal matters having advised in several high profile cases in Romania.

As well as substantial court experience Victor deals with major commercial matters, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements in the fields of competition law, employment law, real estate, commercial law, GDPR, and commercial fraud.
His clients range from newly incorporated companies, various SME, as well as international clients. His clients are from numerous industries including aviation and shipping, financial institutions, transportation, and industrial companies.
