We have over the years built up an extensive network of law firms in over 125 countries in the world by our association as the exclusive member of Globalaw in Romania, preferred partner of Debitura and the exclusive commercial law representative of IR Global. Members of the Firm are also members in other specialist associations to provide specialist expertise as necessary.
Through these networks and personal international contacts we are able to provide clients with high quality legal advice to enable them to carry on their business and invest outside Romania.
Through our network of contacts built up over many years including our exclusive membership of Globalaw in Romania we can assist our clients in resolving problems in other jurisdictions. We are also a member of a number of other organisations which allow us to extend our reach in offering assistance to our clients. When a client contacts with an issue that needs foreign expertise, we refer the client to the lawyer or law firm in that jurisdiction that we feel is most suited to their needs and requirements.
As we have no formal arrangements with any law company in any jurisdiction this means that we can find the right law for the client both in terms of expertise and at a reasonable fee. This is important to us for not only is success important but also a satisfied client.
