Ionela graduated from “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest and has a master´s degree in Administration and Public Management obtained from the Faculty of Management at the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies.

She represents clients in civil, and commercial matters, family law, insurance, labour and foreclosure procedures. She also has knowledge of corporate and international law relating to cross border litigation.

Ionela has extensive experience in drafting legal documents in labour law, family law, and contravention law. During her time with our firm, she has gained experience in administrative law and public finance and civil procedure.

Ionela is particularly versed in cross border enforcement and court orders in Romania. She has counselled clients on day to day legal matters regarding project management issues.

She is fluent in Romanian and English.
