Mirel is a senior Romanian litigation lawyer who has gained experience in a number of law firms based in Bucharest. 

Mirel's area of practice encompasses litigation in respect of civil law, commercial law, corporate law, taxation and property law.  He has provided consultancy to a number of well-known companies in Romania as well as advising foreign investors and local entrepreneurs.  He has advised both banks and construction companies.

Mirel has extensive experience in commercial litigation and has issued a number of legal opinions used in complex commercial matters. He is experienced in dealing with all types of commercial matters, including contract drafting and analysing commercial contracts.  Mirel has advised on GDPR and has provided advice on taxation issues.  

During his time with other Firms, he also gained experience in criminal matters as well as white-collar crime.
