Irina is a senior Romanian lawyer with extensive commercial experience. She has worked both in the State and private sector. She acted as advisor to the President of the Romanian National Agency for Mineral Resources. She has extensive experience in Oil and Gas legislation and has written a number of articles and position papers in respect of natural resources in Romania. She has worked for well-known law firms based in Bucharest.
As well as her experience in the Oil and Gas industry she has advised companies in the field of real estate and corporate management. She has advised on company incorporations and restructuring as well as day to day corporate matters. She has also advised on liquidation and realization of assets in the foreclosure procedure.
She has advised both local and international companies on their business in Romania and how they can best adapt to the Romanian legal business environment.
As well as providing consultancy advice as required she has also represented clients in front of the Romanian courts and administrative tribunals at all levels.
