Hammond, Minciu assist the shareholders of APT Group Romania
In July 2017, the shareholders of the APT Group finalized their negotiations and signed the sale purchase agreement in respect of the sale by the shareholders of a majority interest in the APT Group to Works Services Group of Poland. Hammond, Minciu & Associates are pleased to have advised the shareholders of the APT Group on the disposal of their interest in the APT Group. The transaction required consideration of the structuring of the transaction and documentation in respect of Romanian law. The transaction was finalized following the completion of the closing formalities.
The Transaction involved a number of jurisdictions including Hungary and Poland raising cross -border issues as well as taxation issues in Romania.
