Narcis Bogoiu is an experienced lawyer in the field of insolvency and corporate reconstruction and will be strengthened and develop the Firms expertise in this field. In addition, he is an experienced corporate lawyer and commercial lawyer.
Eugen Draganov an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who has gained wide experience having previously worked for several major law firms in Bucharest. He will continue to develop the firms expanding commercial and corporate practices as well as focusing on M&A matters.
