Ionela is a junior Associate with the Firm. She holds a degree in law from Bucharest University as well as a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law and Arbitration.

She deals with litigation issues including international cross border cases and commercial matters.  She has advised clients in respect of incorporating companies in Romania with particular emphasis on international clients wishing to open businesses in Romania.  Ionela also provides legal advice on international matrimonial issues and inheritance matters, with a particular focus on advising foreign nationals living in Romania.

Fluent in both English and French, Ionela is able to converse with clients on a personal level, ensuring that they receive tailored advice specific to their needs.
