Trade Mark Registration
A small change in the law can have interesting effects. Law 84/1998 which is Romanian law on Trade Marks and Geographical Indications has just recently been changed to allow lawyers to be representatives in relation to Trade Mark applications and matters. Was this what was happening anyway.
